What do the abbreviations I see in the descriptions of some items mean?

SS = sterling silver ADJ = adjustable
ANT = antiqued CAB = cabochon
CZ = cubic zirconia DC = diamond-cut
Faux = imitation FWP = fresh water pearl
GF = gold filled(referring to silver items) HP = high polish
LAB = laboratory man-made LB = leverback

I see a half inch mark on the images of some items, does this mean the item measures half an inch?
No, the half inch mark represents an actual half inch and it's just shown for size comparison so you can get a better idea of the actual size of the item by showing how it looks next to a half inch mark.

Do you offer discounts?

Is there a minimum amount required to buy jewelry from you?
No, there's no minimum order required.

Do you ship jewelry to my country?
We ship jewelry to most countries if you are able to have payment from your country accepted and processed through PayPal.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is based on actual shipping weight and destination. View your cart and use the 'estimate shipping' button to see actual shipping charges for items in your cart.

What type of payments do you accept?

Are the earrings sold in pairs?
Yes, unless stated otherwise all earrings are sold by the pair.

Do you engrave jewelry items?
Engraving might be available for some items. Please email to see if engraving is available for an specific jewelry item.

Are your stones genuine?
Stones are genuine unless otherwise noted.

Do you have a showroom?
No, we do not have a showroom at this time. We are a web/catalog based company.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax only applies to orders shipping to California,.it does not apply to orders shipping outside of California. If you want sales tax exempt status for orders shipping to California, you will need to fax us a re-sale certificate. Please contact us if you need to provide a re-sale certificate.

What is the status of my order?
If you have created an account on our website, please log in to your account where you will be able to see your purchase history and see order status. We also send email notifications whenever there's an order status change, please check your bulk/junk folder to make sure our emails are not landing there.
